Mark is an academician, and alumnus of various institutions of higher learning like The United States International University (USIU), Kenya Utalii College where he is currently the Chairman of Kenya Utalii College Alumni Association (KUCAA). He is a professional with wealthy skills in Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Hospitality and Tourism, Project Management and Marketing Research.

Presently he is a Ph.D. Candidate in Strategic Management at the University of Nairobi (UON), a graduate of MSC. Management and Organizational Development (USIU), MBA. Strategic Marketing (CU), and BSC. Hotel and Restaurant Management (USIU).
